Uridupedia is now available in Chinese

We have just published the Chinese version of Uridupedia, our compilation of vital knowledge for rural women. This is another major step in order to make this information available to as many women as possible.

Once again we have to send out a big thank you to our volunteer translators. Without them this wouldn't have been possible. Chinese is the 10th language that we are covering on our mobile-friendly web page URIDU.COM. The others are Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Filipino, French, Indonesian, Swahili, Vietnamese and English.

Uridupedia is a compilation of relevant questions and answers about health, nutrition, family planning, child care, work and more. All contents have been carefully developed by experts and are being translated by thousands of volunteers into more than 100 languages. Once a translation has been completed, we make the Uridupedia available using mobile internet and solar-powered MP3 Players.

It would be great if you could share this information with your friends. Every volunteer will help us reach more women. And even if you're not into translating, you can support us as an online volunteer. Find our more here.
